In Cuba, our members focus on the International Friends Program, Spanish translation of all
our communication materials (such as our brochures and our website), and of course are
ready to help in any way possible.
Our International Friends Program in Cuba helps the children of Cuba learn more about
different cultures by writing and expanding their minds through sharing e-mails, photos, letters
and gifts. It is not uncommon for our students in Cuba to have 3 or 4 friends around the world.
Our captains in Cuba assist in making sure that all the children have access to a computer
and assistance with all translations from English to Spanish.
Our volunteers there are also working on establishing future Manos programs or partnership
opportunities in Cuba.
